Terms and Conditions of Sale

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs, unless otherwise indicated, and may be subject to change. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees or specific charges, will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped directly through the authorized logistics network for Switzerland. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and the ordering period.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, transport times depend on the selected delivery service and destination location. Delays caused by force majeure, public holidays, weather conditions, customs issues, or logistical problems are not attributable to the seller.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value, weight, destination, and the commercial conditions applicable at the time of purchase. Where applicable, the customer will see the amount before final confirmation of the order.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Any return or refund requests are governed by the return policies applicable at the time of purchase. Products must be returned, where required, in their original condition and according to the instructions provided by customer service or the authorized distributor.
